Remember what you did last year on the day after Thanksgiving? Well, if you are like millions of other people, you probably got up early and went shopping for bargains at your local mall or the big box stores. Black Friday marks the official beginning of the Christmas shopping season and retailers pull out all of the stops to get customers excited about shopping at their stores. Well, if you don’t feel like fighting for a parking spot or battling your way through crowds of frantic shoppers, why not do something different this year. Attend the Harvest Festival® Original Art & Craft Show in San Jose and you are guaranteed to have a fun-filled day of shopping and live entertainment.
Do you know the way to San Jose? Almost 50 years ago, Dionne Warwick asked the question in a famous song that earned her a 1968 Grammy. If you don’t know the way to San Jose, use your GPS, Google it, or just ask for directions from someone at the front desk in the Camino Inn and Suites here in Mountain View. Do whatever you have to do to find your way to the Harvest Festival® Original Art & Craft Show at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center.

Supporting the Humane Society of Silicon Valley
Each year, a percentage of the proceeds from bag and parcel sales are given to a worthy charity. For 2014, the official show charity is the Humane Society of Silicon Valley.
Shopping is fun, but for the small price of admission, you get to enjoy live music and a host of talented performers that will keep you having a good time throughout the day. Legendary San Francisco electric violinist and Cajun fiddler, Tom Rigney and his band, Flambeau, will be on center stage and you will also get to see and hear Sister Swing, three popular vocalists who bring back the boogie-woogie beat of the 1930s and 1940s.
Bring the little ones along and let them have fun decorating gingerbread cookies or doing an assortment of arts and crafts in the Kidzone.
Only about 15 miles from the Camino Inn and Suites, this event is always a fun time for all. When you stay with us, don’t miss your chance to attend the 2014 Harvest Festival® Original Art & Craft Show at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center.
